Pick up will be on Sunday Dec 7, 2025 at the RTS picnic area from 1000 – 1400.

Go down Graeber to Minuteman (plane display) and turn left, go through the gates to the RTS site. Covered picnic area will be on the left, after the gate.

All registrations are closed. Toy allotment is very tight this year. We are still working through bike requests, we are hoping to have an answer by COB Thursday. If you can’t pick up Sunday then Monday, Dec 8, 2025 is the next available date. Location for Monday Dec 8th pick up is 452 Military Family Readiness office.

  • One entry per household and children must be enrolled in your DEERS.
  • Rank is limited to E1-E6, O1-O2 for Family Holiday Meal & Toys, however, if you need assistance, please submit your request. Life, sometimes, gets in the way of the best planned plans. Christmas trees is open to all ranks.

  • Holiday dinner could be in the form of a gift card/voucher and/or actual product. Items provided should feed a family of four. This will be based on availability.
  • TOY Registration will close on Extended to Monday Nov 24,2025 MONDAY Nov 10, 2025 COB, . All other registration will closed Monday Dec 1, 2025.
  • Pick up will be Sunday Dec 7, 2025 during Dec UTA from 1000 – 1400, location TBD or for Active Duty Friday Dec 5, 2025

If you are in need of a bike, please include your child’s age, gender, height (from head to toe) and bike size. We look at each request for sizing and may call you if we have questions.. This is VERY important to be accurate on their height, as bikes are height specific. Someone will reach out to you to confirm availability.
